Title: Burial Artist(s): Jacket Art by Donato, Jacket Design by Joe Curcio, Book Design by Patrice Fodero Publisher: TOR Year: 1994 Synopsis: See Graham Masterton Official Website Comments: This is a hardcover edition of Burial, third book in the Manitou series. My copy was picked up at a library sale, as you can tell by the tag in the bottom left. Very subtle and classy cover. I love the hand cut look of the fonts and the color scheme.
Title: Burial Artist(s): Donato Publisher: TOR Year: 1996 Synopsis: See Graham Masterton Official Website Comments: Another edition of Burial. Let's hope it's not really the conclusion to the Maniotu series. I like Donato's artwork. Nothing subtle about the message here. My mother staged a similar scene when she caught me smoking pot in the ninth grade.
Title: Burial Artist(s): Publisher: William Heinnemann Year: 1992 Synopsis: See Graham Masterton Official Website Comments: A great hardback edition of Burial from the U.K. Now correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't that guy look just like Brown Jenkin from the Mandarin edition of Prey? Much whiter teeth though. Maybe it's Brown Jenkin's brother Jerry. A literal interpretation of the title and a cover which has very little to do with the book, but still, I like it.
A big thank you to Ron 'over 120 editions of Masterton' Sutton!
Title: Burial Artist(s): Publisher: Mandarin Year: 1993 Synopsis: See Graham Masterton Official Website Comments: Lars Ove sends along a Mandarin edition of Burial. A fantastic cover. Enough said.
Title: L'ombre du Manitou Artist(s): Publisher: Year: Synopsis: See Graham Masterton Official Website Comments: Laurent Pannequin, our connection in France, has sent in over forty french editions of GM's books. Here we see the French edition of Burial. I really like the French Pocket editions. They all have these colorful illustrations with lines from the book overlaid on the picture. Very cool. Merci Laurent!
